Rezidence Na Plzeňce has received a building permit
We are pleased to announce that we obtained a building permit for our development project Rezidence Na Plzeňce in November 2024. This project will offer 160 new apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk) to 4+kk and areas from 28 m² to 112 m².
Most of the apartments include a terrace, loggia or balcony. Some apartments on the top floors will have views of Vyšehrad, Vltava River and Kavčí hory. On the ground floor, close to the Smíchovské nádraží station, we offer four commercial units. Geothermal boreholes and heat pumps will be installed during the residential building construction as an ecological source for heating, cooling and water heating. Future residents can enjoy not only private gardens with terraces, but also a quiet courtyard with lots of greenery. There are storage units and parking spaces available in the underground parking garage.
