UBM Development Czechia has been operating on the domestic market since 1993. Over more than 30 years, the company has completed a number of large projects across the Czech Republic. In 2024, UBM completed buildings G, H, and I of the Arcus City residential complex in Prague 5 with 278 apartments. The complex includes the Timber Praha apartment buildings, also completed in 2024 – the first multi-storey apartment buildings made of wood in the capital city. The Timber Praha project received an "Honorable Mention for Pioneering Wooden Building Construction" in the 2024 Estate Awards competition and the title of "Environmental Project of the Year" in the prestigious domestic competition Best of Realty – Nejlepší z realit 2024. In 2024, UBM also completed the Astrid Garden residential project in Prague 7 - Holešovice.
The company's previous major projects include the 25,000 m2 Anděl City multifunctional complex in Prague 5 - Smíchov, the Darex office building on Wenceslas Square, the Astrid Offices office building, the Rezidence Zvonařka residential complex, and the luxury Le Palais hotel. In cooperation with Crestyl, UBM completed the Dock 01 office building and the Neugraf residential project in Prague 5. In the hotel segment, the company renovated the original Cukrovarnický palác in the center of Prague into the five-star lifestyle hotel Andaz Prague, for which it received a number of awards (including 1st prize in the hotel category in the domestic competition "Best of Realty – Nejlepší z realit 2022"). UBM's references outside Prague include the Velký Špalíček shopping center in Brno and the Apartmány Medvědín recreational housing complex.
In the hotel segment, the company renovated the original Cukrovarnický palác in the center of Prague into the five-star lifestyle hotel Andaz Prague, for which it received a number of awards (including 1st prize in the hotel category in the domestic competition "Best of Realty – Nejlepší z realit 2022").
